Boot Camp: Strength training modeled after military boot camp (minus the swearing drill instructor).

Power Pump: Strength training, using a variety of weights to sculpt your body.

Rhythmix: Format created by one of our instructors, Marielle Reyes, that infuses Latin rhythms with international music themes (Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, etc.).  A fun class that will make you sweat, and very similar to Zumba.

Spin/Circuit: Spin, lift, and work the entire body.  A great class for beginners to advanced.

Spinning: Moderate to high-intensity, no-impact cardiovascular workout for people of all ages and fitness levels.  If you want to burn 600+ calories and jolt your metabolism, come spin with us!

Strong by Zumba: Combines high-intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation.

Total Body Conditioning (TBC): Just what it says... Your whole body will know it!

Water Fitness: All possible physical components are challenged in a one-hour workout with great emphasis on your cardiovascular system.

Yoga: Discover the many benefits! You'll stand straighter, feel stronger, become more flexible and physically aware, and even recover faster from strength training. Yoga is for everyone.

Zumba: A dynamic, exciting dance-based fitness system designed for everyone.  This workout fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes and combines the principles of interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body conditioning.  Zumba is not just for dancers or the fit, but for everyone!
